Klaver 4-2 is a charming holiday home with a warm, homely atmosphere, located right in the centre of the village.
Situated on the sunny south side of the farmhouse, the house offers views over the lively shopping street Middenstreek. Authentic details such as original wooden beams give the home its character and cozy feel.
Layout
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this level — practical and convenient.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds. Both rooms have their own washbasin.
Outdoor space
The spacious garden with outdoor furniture and a sturdy picnic table is perfect for enjoying time outside. It overlooks the green village park, creating a calm and open setting.
Children can enjoy the swing, slide and sandbox.
Location
The house is located in the centre of the village, within walking distance of all amenities. The bakery, shops, restaurants and supermarket are just around the corner.
