Looking for space, comfort and a true island experience for the whole family?
Louwtjesduin West is located on the far western edge of the village, right next to the dunes and close to the nature reserve Westerplas.
Here, the dunes extend into the garden, creating a unique sense of space and nature, with both the beach and village within walking distance.
Layout
The ground floor features a spacious and cozy living room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The seating area with fireplace creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
There is also a large modern bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Two of the bedrooms have their own washbasin.
Outdoor space
The garden is partly dune landscape, offering a peaceful and natural setting with plenty of privacy.
There are terraces on both the north and south side, equipped with outdoor furniture and a picnic table.
Children can enjoy the swing and sandbox.
Location
Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, within walking distance of both the beach and the centre.
Nearby you’ll find the well-known Shell Museum.
Tip: feel free to ask Thijs about your beach finds — he’ll gladly share stories about shells and other treasures from his own collection.

Wat blijft het toch een heerlijk eiland! En wat was het weer een prettig verblijf. Louwtjesduun is perfect voor 6 personen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan de rand van het dorp, je loopt zo de duinen in. Ook de service van Theo en Bea is ongeëvenaard. Paar jaar geleden waren we ziek vlak voor ons verblijf op Schier. Die week hebben we op een later moment mogen inhalen. Nogmaals dank daarvoor. En tot ziens!

Mooi, schoon en ruim huisje uitstekend voor 6 personen. Dicht bij het dorp ,10 minuten van het strand en toch zeer rustig gelegen.
