Noenie is a detached holiday home for 8 guests, located along the Badweg — the road leading to the beach — with the village within walking distance.
Layout
The ground floor features a spacious living room with seating area and fireplace — perfect for relaxing together. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a large dining table, ideal for meals or board games.
There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and a second toilet. Three bedrooms have two single beds and one has a double bed. All bedrooms include a washbasin.
Outdoor space
The house is surrounded by a large garden, offering plenty of space and privacy.
A covered terrace on the south side provides a comfortable outdoor seating area.
Children can enjoy the swing and sandbox.
Location
Located along the Badweg, the direct route to the beach, with both the beach and the village easily accessible.

We hebben met 4 stel genoten van Noenie. Fijn huis, ruimte, comfort en meer dan genoeg servies, glazen, bestek etc. We hebben niets gemist sterker nog, veel dat je maar zelden gebruikt. Het ontbrak ons aan niets en de gastvrijheid en communicatie was top. Dikke 10

Leuk en comfortabel ingericht huis met genoeg ruimte voor groot gezin. Terras uit de wind met ruime buiten-tafel. Handig dat er direct fietsen beschikbaar zijn. Doen we vaker !
